Hi, I'm Betty Rivera. I've been teaching now for 25 years and I've been at Maxwell Middle School for 13 years. I like to utilize indirect teaching styles in day-to-day instruction.

I'd like to focus on student achievement of stated goals and ascertain if my students are as successful as I believe they are.

I'm Dave Lee and I teach at Maxwell Middle School. I have taught now for 10 years, with 3 of those being at Maxwell. I feel that one of my strengths is the use of more learner-centered teaching styles. I like to have my students work individually as well as with partners or in small groups.

I'd like to ask my principal to increase my resources for equipment purchases to accommodate organization structures. I'm hoping after these observations I will get some feedback on ways to improve my instruction.
