Last time you met with Janie, you referred her to Deborah Kline, a registered dietitian who is more skilled in disordered eating than you are. It's been a while since you have seen her, but today she shows up, telling you she's finished working with Deborah, and really got a lot from it. Now she just wants to focus on losing that 5 extra pounds she originally told you she wanted to lose. What do you tell her?

Your club manager has been in close contact with you and is learning a lot about how you are making decisions regarding clients who have eating issues that are beyond your scope of practice. He's impressed, but he's also is thinking beyond to how he can grow the business with a focus on helping people with eating disorders.
