Now that you're familiar with the stages of the screening process (and the reasons for them), you can move to the next step: interviewing your clients. Your purpose is to use interviews to determine how and when to adapt fitness and screening and how to set appropriate goals.

It's important to make your clients feel comfortable when you greet them. Briefly explain what's going to happen during your meeting. Meet with them in a quiet place to avoid distractions.
