BMA categories for various athletes.
Before we continue with the next step in the needs analysis, I'd like you to do one more thing. Using the athletes
mentioned in the previous set of questions, select those with whom you are most likely to work as a strength and
conditioning coach for the purposes of this course. In other words, pick the ones for whom
muscular endurance is a primary training focus.
